On my laptop are fps drops . I read that I have to change the mode of the processor to static . My CPU is i5 6300hq.

Your laptop has dual/switchable graphics - Intel HD & Nvidia.
Using Intel graphics for games will cause low FPS.

Make sure you configure your games to use the Nvidia high performance graphics.

You can do that in Nvidia Control Panel (which is in Windows Control Panel), or by right-clicking a game's shortcut and selecting from the context-menu: "Run with graphics processor >> High performance Nvidia processor".
