Lenovo laptop keep personal info after formating

I tried to format my Z510 laptop but after formatting I still have my previous wallpaper and the same problem(Plugged in, not charging). I tried factory recovery, didn't help
I have 7 partitions, I don't know which one i should format and which to leave alone,
the 6 system partitions are:
Drive 0 Partitions 1: WINRE_DRV
Drive 0 Partitions 2: SYSTEM_DRV
Drive 0 Partitions 3: LRS_ESP
Drive 0 Partitions 4: MSR Reserved
Drive 0 Partitions 5:Windows8_OS
Drive 0 Partitions 6: Primary
Drive 0 Partitions 7: PBR_DRV

Delete all of the partitions during the windows 8 installation, next do a full format.
If you have all of your files you want go ahead and proceed.
