Currently I have the Lenovo Legion 5 (2021) Gaming Laptop. Specs are :
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H (8C / 16T, 3.2 / 4.4GHz, 4MB L2 / 16MB L3)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB GDDR6, Boost Clock 1425 / 1702MHz, TGP 130W
2x 8GB SO-DIMM DDR4-3200
512GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe

While on heavy load or when gaming, the temperature of the GPU can go up to 86 degrees celsius and the CPU can go up to 87 - 89 degrees celsius. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
I have this laptop for about 8 months now and I haven't cleaned it too. My laptop is elevated, the room temperature usually around 24 degrees - 28 degrees celsius.
Just an open discussion since I'm not quite sure if it is okay or not.

So the cooling in your laptop will never cool those components lower than the ambient room temperature. Given that the operating temps for your cpu are not that high. It is rated up to 100c where it will protect itself by throttling down to lower the temperature. The gpu is running warm to hot. The temps should be more in the low to mid 70s as it is more sensitive to thermal throttling. However, you are using it in a warmer than those temps environment. If you can adjust the fan speed on either component, I would advise to at least raise the fan speed on the gpu to keep it as close as possible to room temperature.
