Lenovo M92p GPU Compatibility-Help

Bought a Lenovo Thinkcentre M92p Tower (I7 3770 @3.9)
I have swapped out the PSU for a 500w Coolermaster psu
My problem is that it wont accept my GTX 1060 6GB
When I turn it on I get a message "Please Shut down and connect Pci-e cables"
I have RMA'd the Video card and had it repaired
Can someone find out what Video cards work

Their Website states that it supports it but Im getting no luck.
Im updated to the latest BIOS as well

What is the make/model of that Cooler Master "500W" PSU? That late model Lenovo should work with any modern card. My ancient Lenovo M58p MT ran fine with the GTX 1060 and 1050 Ti I've tried in it.
