Can I get a gpu ultrabay for my lenovo p500? If they didnt make one for this laptop will one from another work?

And I am pretty sure the z500 is the p500 renamed.

The connector that the gpu has is not standard. Yours is technically not an ultrabay, just a regular odd bay.
You can confirm if you want but this is the connection it has.
