Question Lenovo PC showing flickering lines and distorted horizontal/vertical lines on screen, how to fix?

May 10, 2021
My PC keeps showing random lines and flickering distortions across my screen. This always happens usually during a video game I'm playing or when I'm not near my PC and it just happens randomly.

I tried the following already:

-- Updated graphics drivers for AMD (twice)
-- Ran Lenovo Vantage update software (didn't find updates)
-- Used Windows Update (found 1 display update which was optional and it only fixed the issue temporarily but it came back a day later)
-- Tried to use Device Manager to locate drivers and update display (did not find anything)

I also tried switching my VGA cord to HDMI for my monitor and it didn't do anything really.

What can I do here?
