Lenovo Q190 Won't turn on

I know this isn't a laptop, but yesterday I was upgrading my hard drive to an SSD. After I cloned the current hard drive onto the SSD, I turned the desktop off and now it won't turn on again. Both hard drives work in other computers, but this one will not power on. I have done all the trouble shooting that I know of, like changing plugs, holding down the power button to discharge power, etc. Any advice on how I could get this machine up and running again would be great.

See if by re-seating the RAM works. Remove the RAM off the PC the put it back after couple of seconds only. One more troubleshooting step to identify if it's your motherboard is doing Beep test, remove the RAM again but this time turn the PC on without the RAM's. It should give out a beep code pertaining to the exact problem of the PC but if it didn't produce any beep that means that the motherboard has gone bad. Lastly try hooking up an external monitor and see if it's just the display that has gone bad.
