Question Lenovo S540 Throttling

Hi guys.
Is this normal? I7 8565u with a MX250
This is a really tiny machine, but...sometimes report throttling with a maximum of 74º, but sometimes it reaches 95º for seconds and go down, never went higher than that.
Is this behaviour normal? Everytime I use the computer it always say YES at thermal throttling, but never reported YES at Core Critical Temperature

Yes this is sadly normal for these intel chips in ultrabooks.
