Lenovo- Screen issue

my laptop screen has suddenly gone funny and has "lines" going down it and has gone a pink colour.
I think it's an issue with the graphics card?
Any ideas on how I can fix it?

that look like the screen, not gpu issue

that will mean I won't be able to fix it and will need to see if it's under warranty?
