Question Lenovo setapps.exe - - - system error on OS start ?

I'm trying to install (or when the system is starting , it is trying to install it)
and I'm getting the below error.

"
The code execution cannot proceed because
C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version.dll
was not found. Reinstalling the
program may fix this problem.
"

I uninstalled it and I'm not allowed to reinstall it and then uninstall it.
Where can I go to delete this key?

uninstall lenovo updater tools and restart windows
