Lenovo super fish concerns

Hi so I recently purchased a lenovo y50 and just recently heard about the super fish issue. My question being should I still be concerned because of super fish, would my new machine have it? I purchased this computer on August 1st

Most likely not.

Purchasing directly from Lenovo should not have SuperFish; from other sites, it is still possible, but most likely not possible.

If you are worried, once you get your laptop, go to the Lenovo site for uninstall instructions and the removal tool...

Should I still trust lenovo anyways? Or should I reformat the drive?
