Lenovo T410. laptop only starts when plugged into the charger.

Lenovo T410. Replaced system board because the battery charger circuit quit. Now the laptop only starts when plugged into the charger. New battery. New system board completed the "as new" charge to 100% withing about 2 hours. Charger can be unplugged after starting, but after shutting down needs to be plugged in again to start. Bios version is 1.45, the latest for Lenovo T410.
Anyone have any ideas.

The new battery, is it the exact same battery and specs as your old one? And is it OEM or Aftermarket?

It's an aftermarket. However, I have two T410s. Switching batteries, chargers, and even SSDs, between the two machines does not change the issue.

I am at a loss. If you have gone over all of it, I don't see why it would still not work. Hmm... Have you tested to see where power is going?
