Question Lenovo T730 upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my PC by increasing the RAM to 64G & upgrading the GPU to the RXT 4070 Ti. Does anyone have feedback or recommendations in doing this ? My goal is to be able to run Flight Simulator in VR mode & the current RTX 2090 is too slow.

OK, so my Lenovo Legion T730 only has a 500w PSU. Can that tower be upgraded to 850w or even 1000w? I would need more power to run an upgraded 4070 or 4090 Graphics Card.

If so any recommendations???

Take a few pictures of the PSU, particularly in the back of the case. We can figure out if it's a bog standard ATX PSU form factor or not.

Looks like a regular ATX power supply. The only problem I see is space as 1KW+ power supplies may be longer and the hard drive cage doesn't look removable.

I've got almost 8 inches from the back of the PC to the drive cage. A 1000W PSU will be longer?
