Lenovo Thinkpad R60 Operating System Not Found - Windows 10

I get message when it’s trying to start up says operating system not found. Try disconnecting drive that doesn’t contain the OS. How do I do that?

It seems like that the OS has been corrupted, I would suggest reinstalling Windows 10 again. First do try doing some troubleshooting steps.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it doesn't work make sure that the HDD that has the OS installed is listed, do also try setting it as the first boot device.
- If it doesn't work the only solution would be to reinstall Windows 10.
