I feel your pain on the bottom cover They did the same thing to the p14 and the P15, and the P53 before. The way to get the cover off is use a stiff guitar pick, and start with the upper left corner. Lift that with your finger then put the pick in the opening. Then work it around, twist it now and then to release the multiple catches underneath Dunno who created these bottom cover designs, but I would fire him in a second.
