Not only does an EVGA 750 (Ti) physically fit in your case, it's able to use full PCI Express 3.0 bandwidth. Here's the problem: that PC only has a 280 W power supply. Nvidia recommends at least 300W for both the 750 and 750 Ti. If this bothers you, you can easily upgrade the power supply. If not, I give a very cautious thumbs up for installing the card anyway. 20 W is a pretty small difference.

And no, the PC/server can't use DDR2, only DDR3.
