Question Lenovo ThinkStation P330 Gen2. 3 and 4 DIMM slots not working. 3 short beeps followed by 1 long beep.

I just bought a ThinkStation P330.
There are 4 DIMM slots.
As per Lenovo's user manual, I should populate them in the order 2-4-1-3.
2 and 4 are blue. 1 and 3 are green.
But I am getting 3 long beeps and 1 short beep when I follow this with 2 8GB DDR4 RAMs.
RAM modules are fine as when they are individually installed, the PC will boot up without any errors.
As per Lenovo, 3 short beeps followed by 1 long beep. Memory not detected. Investigate memory subsystem. Ensure that any memory module(s) are properly seated in the connectors.
I made sure they are seated properly. I suspect this a problem with the motherboard where slots 3 and 4(second channel) are not working.
Here are the results in various combinations I tried:
  • 1 only - OK
  • 2 only - OK
  • 3 only - Error
  • 4 only - Error
  • 1 and 2 - OK
  • 1 and 3 - Error
  • 1 and 4 - Error
  • 2 and 3 - Error
  • 2 and 4 - Error
  • 3 and 4 - Error
Please guide me with this. It is brand new and I did a motherboard diagnosis in BIOS and it was successful.
PS: I updated to the latest version of BIOS too but did not help.

Both RAMS are 8GB DDR4 -2666 Crucial.
