[SOLVED] Lenovo Thinkstation P500 randomly turns off

I recently got a Lenovo Thinkstation with the following specs:

RAM: 32GB DDR4-2400 (4x8gb)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 760
SSD: Micron 1100 MTFDDAV256TBN
BIOS Version: A4KT87AUS
BIOS Version Date: 4/25/2016
Graphics Driver Version: 456.38

I had no issues with it until today, when my computer just shut off randomly. I tried pressing the power button to try and turn it back on, but nothing happened. I went and unplugged/plug the power supply cable back in, which turned the computer back on. Everything was fine for another 5 minutes or so, before the computer shut off again, and upon it turning on, there was no signal to my monitor (Dell P2212H). I ended up turning off the computer and switching the 760 from the bottom PCI slot to the top one, which helped for another few minutes, and the computer turned off again. What could be the issue?

My guess is power supply. If it's still under some sort of warranty/support, I'd call them about it.
