I wonder if I'll be able to get the Ubuntu lappys at Best Buy and CostCo?

If that's true, then this is really what Linux guys have been waiting for for...decades

My next laptop will be Lenovo, i prefer Kubuntu so i will replace Ubuntu with Kubuntu and get ride of the Lenovo support. Important is to have a laptop with all components inside supporting linux.
