Lenovo Touchpad and Keyboard Drivers not working

I have Lenovo Ideapad 310-15IKB. Recently updated a bunch of drivers and the end results is that the keyboard and touchpad of notebook no longer work! Device manager shows Elan Pointing Device and Elan EzTouchFilter in Error (I have a screenshot but I can not attach it to this message). I have tried everything to fix the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers using the Lenovo Driver system that detects what drivers my PC needs. I have also tried re-install the original drivers that came with the PC but nothing has helped. I had to attach external wireless Keyboard and Mouse in order to operate the PC and write this message.



I am not sure what to do and I need help.

What OS do you have? Windows 10?

Look at Reliabilty History and the Event Viewer logs to determine if they captured any error codes or warnings along the way

If so, those codes may be helpful in identifying the problem.

And the Windows 10 troubleshooters, if applicable, may help find and fix some issue.
