I purchased a Lenovo U310 from a TigerDirect store about a year ago and the internet speeds are atrocious. From the U310, my home wifi reads: 14.43 Mbps Download, and 25.58 Mbps Upload, and 14ms ping (via speedtest.net) but videos and browsing in general takes a painfully long time to load. We have the upgraded Fios Internet (50Mb I believe) and even the "Advanced router" they have as well. The router is located within 15 feet of my desk without any metallic obstruction. The wifi connection bars on the desktop are usually full, however it will occasionally read that there are "no available connections" even though I have other devices connected to the wifi. Also running windows 8.1. All drivers are up to date as well. Im not sure what the best course of action would be... possibly an external wifi card? Any help is greatly appreciated
