Lenovo y50 4k not work as good as it needs to

My laptop lenovo y50 needs to run games very good but my lenovo y50 not good as lenovo y50 exomple my laptop cant run minecraft and call of duty so good. What can i do? I also downloaded a razer software to make the games be better but this is still not so good...

Theres not much out there thats going to game well @ 4k that comes in laptop form as their GPU's are not the equivalent of their desktop counterparts depsite having nearly the same name (GX970M vs GTX970 in the desktop)
