Question Lenovo Y50-70 crashing (cutting off power) only when on battery

I have just replaced my Y50-70's battery because the old one died.
with the new battery, I am having a strange problem. whenever I unplug the power cable it crashes in 20-30 seconds (cutting the power off, no error or anything). But it runs perfectly fine on the battery when I boot the laptop in safe mode.
It never crashes on AC power.

I tried the following,
restored windows 10 to factory
tried disabling Nvidia display adapter from the device manager
tried disabling Intel display adapter from the device manager

specs:
Lenovo Y50-70
i7 4710HQ
GTX 860m 4 GB
Bios 2.01 or something

I think either the new battery or the battery charge system may have problem.

So just use the laptop with the AC power all the time, or ask someone to check the laptop charge system to see it was damaged by the old battery.
