Lenovo Y50 - Does this SSD fit?

Hello Tommies,
I am new to this stuff.

I wanted to replace my HDD with an SSD, I do own a Lenovo Y50-50,
and I know there is lot of types of SSDs, like SATA, SATA III, mSATA and 2.5 inches / 2.7 inches,

I heard good stuff about the 840 / 850 SSD Samsung Evo Pros Series and I wanted to go with a 250 / 256 GB one.

Based from the specification of that laptop you can upgrade the HDD to a SSD, and yes that SSD will do work with it just fine.
