I got this laptop last year near new years, it has had a lot of problems and this one is the most frustrating. The time when i first played LoL to today it's always been a little stutter-y and lag-y in some games. I have the 15-acz model with the AMD A10-8700p and Radeon R9 m385x. When i got the laptop i thought it's going to be quite a good performer but recently i've noticed that it only uses the vRam of the processors integrated graphics chip, the m385x has 2048 mb of memory and the igpu has 1024 mb.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, fresh wiped windows and going to the radeon settings and setting the performance to maximum and switching switchable graphics application settings, it only uses the iGpu's vram, Rust and Grand theft auto 5 say that it is using the R6 igpu but when i monitor with Gpu-Z it uses mostly the dedicated graphics performance for running the games.
I would really like to find out if I can change it or find a solution

Integrated graphics use system memory, they don't have their own memory. So the igpu can use up to 1014mb of system ram if needed. Your R9 has its own memory. Laptops are configured to use the igpu for most things, to conserve battery power. When you run a game, it should switch to the R9.

I use MSI Afterburner to see an onscreen display of CPU and GPU information when I'm testing performance. One of the things it tells you is what GPU you're using and how much memory that GPU has and how much is being used by the game. It can also tell you what speeds your CPU and GPU are running at. I suggest you use it.

Three general laptop gaming tips: Run on AC power, not battery power when gaming if possible. Make sure Windows' power setting is for maximum performance and not some kind of battery preserving compromise. Keep the laptop as cool as possible since it will perform slower if it heats up too much.

Like i said, it doesn't looks like it switches to the GPU's memory, in msi afterburner it doesn't show GPU 1-5 memory usage, only the GPU 6 which is igpu using ram. I'm always connected to the power outlet and the windows power settings are maximum same with the amd radeon settings page and i've set the games to maximum performance
