Alright, I have Lenovo g50-45 Amd a8 and it was Windows 8 and I upgrade it to Windows 10. It has been 4-6 months that Windows 10 works fine until 2 days ago.. I started downloading the movie from torrent and I had to unplug the charger. After 5-6 mins my laptop froze so I had to hold power button to shut it. After 10 seconds I started turning on and it's just showing Lenovo logo and then it's only light black screen...and keyboard is not working. After 2nd restarting it says automatic repairing...and again it's black light screen and then keyboard is working. I tried to watch videos how to fix it, but all of them didn't work. I tried to wait 3 hours or more and still nothing. I can't go to safe mode or something with holding f8 button or something else(I have fun button). I checked my memory card...and they seem fine. I don't know what the problem is, but I assume that some programs has been updated for Windows 10 but Lenovo laptop can't accept them...so I want somehow to restart my laptop fully...but I don't know how. Help anyone? And by the way, holding power button 30 seconds or something like that is not working for me. Thank You.

Hi,

Do try some of these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving the issue. Since you've done most of the troubleshooting step start with this.
- Reseat the RAM, take them all off for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly into each slots.
- If your seeing lights on the laptop (HDD, wifi, power indicator) connect an external monitor and see if you'll see any display from it. If you'll see a display on the external monitor press the Windows key + P at the same time and see if the display will come back on the built in display.
- According to Lenovo's support page the way to enter the Factory Reset page is to repeatedly press on F11 while it's booting up.
