Lepa aquachanger240 leak?

Hello I've had my lepa aquachanger changer 240 for about 3 months now and I was curious and whent and looked at the reviews I seen that like 80 percent were saying the pump failed or it leaked and I'm scared to use it now theirs been no problems with it but I'm scared it might leak btw it was a gift so I didn't have a chance to see if it was bad thanks

AS with any watercooling units, be it prefilled(AIO) or custom built, there is always a chance for a fitting to come loose or since we're talking about pump failure's there will always be a failure point in a mechanical method of cooling. In terms of engineering, reduce the number of moving parts(mechanical) and you reduce the number of failure points.

I think one thing you could try and accomplish is contact you reseller or LEPA as well as and see if they will honor their warranty since a large number of them(as said to be 80% by your sources) are failing. For a precautionary measure, you can place a paper towel under the places where the tubing exists the radiator and the rotatable fittings at the CPU end. Unfortunately repairing/modifying the AIO to check or rectify the leak will void your warranty thus the suggestion to only monitor for leaks.

The lepa has been working great havent had a problem at all i contacted lepa and they said they stand by their product 100% so if it were to leak then they will replace the parts so i have nothing to worry about now
