i have an asus motherboard agp slot running xp pro. 2gs of ram pen4 processor3.2cpu
i have gotten a hd ati 4650 1gb ddr2, but when i put it in the agp slot and boot up the fan comes on on the card but my screen stays in the standby or save power mode also my computer voice warning
says cpu start or cpu failed. i take it out and put in my ati 9600 pro. card and system boots up. what is going on and why can't the 4650 card boot up even into bios. why is it at a shut dowd an only warns and never boot into atlese the bios. what do i need to do to fix this problem. and yes i got a 650 power supply thinking the 400w was the problem everything is the same still can't start computer. i did upgrade the bios flashing it to the newest.
