Less CPU intensive modern games

well the title says it all, I've got a decent graphics card and an old processor. If somebody has got something in mind, please post. MW3 is a great example, I finished the campaign with a P4 HT and HD 7770 with everything on high and 2x AA, FPS didn't go below 30 even when a lot of action was going on

One's to stay away from are Starcraft 2, Crysis of any kind, modded Skyrim...and i'm sure there are others, but those are the only one's i have that i know are CPU intensive.

I had a PC with Athlon64 3200+ and an old ATI x1950 pro. I could play Crysis 1 at decent frames. I actually played Skyrim through but wish I had waited. Skyrim did around 15fps to as high as Mid-30's.
I still would stick with a little older games.

Borderlands 1
Fallout 3 and maybe F3:NV
Dead Space 2
Farcry 2
The Witcher 1
Crysis 1
Maybe Bioshock 1 and 2
