Question Less fps than usual

Hi, I have a 1660 MSI Ventus xc and a Ryzen 5 2600 16gbs of ram right speed also a 970 Samsung Evo m.2. My fps in csgo was about 300ish and my fps in GTA 5 used to be 80-70. But recently my old HDD which was a 2TB barracuda died got an m.2 got windows on it Installed all my drivers/games. and now my fps on csgo is around 160fps to 200 fps. For GTA v a good 60Fps. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Have you configured Windows & Nvidia power plans and CSGO settings same as before? What about Geforce driver, do you remember which version you were on?
