[SOLVED] Less Hz rate using VGA to HDMI adapter?

Well, the title describes it. Is there a possibility I might be limited performance-wise like, for example, my Hz rate gets capped or something with VGA to HDMI adapter?

ok, no thats alright. It's not for my main monitor, it's for my secondary, which is 60hz so thats ok. Thank you
