Question Less Performance?(FPS)

Recently I’ve noticed that I’ve been seeing less FPS in every game that I play and sometimes some stuttering,when I first upgraded my pc back in November,everything was running fine but now I’m seeing about 20 FPS less in almost every game. I tried formatting and reinstalling drivers,nothing worked and my temps seem fine while gaming.

specs:
Ryzen 5 3600x
Gtx 1060 6gb zotac amp
16gb 3200 MHz ram
600 watt evga bronze psu
B450 tomahawk max
1tb nvme ssd

What are the temperatures for cpu & gpu while gaming?

What speed is the RAM running at and is it running in dual channel mode?

Gpu sits about 70-74 while gaming but the cpu sits 65-66 while gaming.

the ram is running 3200,I’m not sure how to check if it is running in dual channel mode,if it has to do with bios then that’s probably the issue because I updated bios and it probably got turned off?Other wise I’m running 2 sticks

cpu runs at 4.2ghz while gaming.
