Less than 50% fan speed on MSI CC

Hey. Recently upgraded my motherboard to a MSI Z170A Tomahawk. I was using SpeedFan to controll my fans on my previous motherboard, with all fans 3 connected to 1 pin. I installed msi's Command Center this time (which previously wouldn't work). I can here when setting up the fans that it does go up and down in speed, put I'm unable to have the speed graph go under 50%, making my system very loud. I have seen videos where you can edit a text document and make it low, but this makes the point under the visible diagram.
Is there a way I can have it visibly at 0% and let me edit the area below 50%? or atleast make a text document with all the points writen down?
Thanks in advance!

First select smart mode instead of manual for a fan. It'll "optimize" the fan curves for you but those optimizations are way too loud for me. Then simply change that profile by dragging the individual points of the curve with your mouse to whatever temperature/% fan you want. Save the profile so you can always load it again after.
Keep in mind, what % you can go down to depends on your fan's minimum rpm. Meaning that if you fan has range of say 600-1200 rpm, then by definition if you go below 50%, the fan will simply stop spinning. That being said, at 600, it should be really quiet.

@Sidivy I already have it on smart mode, but its minimum is still 50%. also want the fans to be turned off for a certain range of temperature
Edit: The shut off point on my fans is actually 20% from testing it on SpeedFan

Speedfan may not work on all motherboards or may report incorrectly the temps and rpms so I'm not sure I trust the comparison between the two (I've seen this when I ran it on my board). However if you think when you put up your hand that it's considerably different amount of air being moved or that they sound very different, that's hopeful.
Which fan model is it?
Did you drag one of the points of the curve all the way down to say 10% fan speed for say...40C temp? Don't drag to 0, sometimes zeroes can mean different things in computer settings. 10% should still mean fan off.

@Sedivy Have 3 Arctic Cooling F12 PWM Rev.2 120mm (AFACO-120P2-GBA01). I have a different fan for my CPU cooler, and it lets me go down to 20% at least on command centre. I have tried different values which would still have put the point way under the graph so that they are at their lowest speed, but I still haven't figured out how I could move the second or third point to a certain temperature and precentage

Er...I..don't know what you mean. Here's a screenie of what it looks like on mine with my mouse there:

My mouse is over the second point which is why you see the little box listing temp/fan%
What area do you have things disappear to?

Can't open up my CC atm because of windows updates, put my graph stops at 50%, I cant change it to anything below 50. I have tried saving the settings and changing the minimum that way to 0%, but the points then go off the graph and below it, like if it were bugged

It sounds like a glitch. Cause when you switch to manual mode it gives you a circle with a range you can manually move 50% and above. But I pressed smart mode, hit fan tune at some point, but didn't like the profile it gave me in the end and modified it to something that suited me better.

Wowww..that's. Yeah there's something very off about that. I suggest contacting MSI about this. They've had a couple of updates to CC recently and I wonder that maybe they've added/changed something without first testing properly. Cause that's not at all what that's supposed to look like. You shouldn't even get limited percentages. I mean my fan has a lower cutoff as well but my axes are all there. Maybe..in the bios was something set to limit the bottom range? But I don't remember anything in my bios about that.
And why is it red...though that's just cosmetic but still. What version of cc is that?

You wouldnt mind giving me a hand finding the newest one. Going on the website and putting in the information of my board doesn't give any results, and googling my board only gives me the 2.0.0 one
Edit: Going through the forums I found 3.0.0.33 so I'm going to give that a try
