Less than expected performance

Hello there!

I bought a computer with these specifications a while ago:

intel core i5 4460 3.2 ghz 4 cores

AMD r5 235 2gb

8gb ram

windows 8.1

and i get super lag on games like Europa universalis iv, insurgency and red orchestra 2, while this guy on youtube can play games like GTA V and CS GO with the same graphics card:

The issue with the R5 235, here are the benchmarks of your card vs other cards more designed to handle games like GTA V: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+R5+235

Your card scores 364, while the cards that should be used to play these games are scoring around 9000.

There is no way you are going to play GTA V and CS:GO on that card with good performance...

I can title a video saying Im running it on my toaster, does that make it any more true than this guy? No.
Even if it was somehow possible to run it on such weak hardware, you expect me to believe he can record it too?
Youtube is not a sound source for any graphics settings or benchmarks for games/cards.

Your graphics card is weak, if you want more performance, upgrade.

You can see from the video he is playing on very low details and low resolution and has an APU + GPU, possibly in Hybrid Crossfire mode.
