I already have a CPU AMD athlon x4 645 and a 1TB hard drive.
Let me know if wat i have in mind of buying is a good investment

Well the power supply chosen is complete garbage - stay very far away from Ultra. No point in purchasing a 560TI anymore - the Radeon 7850 is better and not that much more. I'd have to know budget before I suggest parts.

I wouldn't buy some of those components, no.

Specifically, I'd avoid the Ultra PSU and the Biostar MOBO. They're cheap for a reason.

I would replace the PSU with a Corsair TX series or above - keep in mind that you don't need 750W to run this system, so you can go down safely to a 650W. For the MOBO, I'd buy a similar Asus, Asrock, or Gigabyte board instead of Biostar.

nd right now i have $250 nd over time i would start to buy the rest.
What i want to buy with those 250 right now is a good video card and a good pcu.

Solid PSU, though not modular, superior to the Ultra brand one. No need for 750W unless you're going to have more than one GPU, and even then I wouldn't want an Ultra PSU.
