Let's talk parts

I have the basics, hdd, graphics card, nice screen, case, PSU, decent CPU, fans, ram, you know, the whole 9 yards.

I was wondering, what are parts that are less talked about. Stuff that a system COULD use but doesn't NEED. Cool stuff preferably, but anything that isn't so baseline and more niche/weird is what I'm interested in.

Anything? Anyone?

A sound card would only be useful if you have $400+ audio equipment you use tot listen (headphones) or if you are going to professionally edit audio.

An SSD would be something that is not needed at all but would be a nice upgrade.
A system would benifit from an SSD, for faster boot and load times, and you COULD use a sound card, for better audio, and you COULD get an aftermarket CPU cooler to replace the stock intel/amd one and get cooler temps. You also COULD use a CD-ROM drive, but those are starting to become obsolete. What are you PC's specs?
