Letter Issue with Keyboard

I notice I have a slight issue when I'm using my keyboard. I type very fast, but every time I type and it involves the Letter "L" especially multiple uses of it, like the word "really" or "well" I notice if i am typing too fast, only 1 "L" gets placed and the other one is very slow to come in, forcing me to backspace and fix the typo. It is a very annoying issue! It also seems to do it with A or Y I am not sure but if I type "say" fast something in there delays sometimes. This is a brand new computer and keyboard, gamer that I got not too long ago. No additional programs running and filter keys were already off by default so I do not know what is causing this nuisance of an issue. It also happened with my last keyboard on my older computer but it was the "D" key. What the hell is this... this hardware is brand new, I don't know what is the cause, help please. I really hate having to teach my brain to slow down typing when it involves "L" in succession. .

Which OS ? In any Windows you can adjust repeat speed of KB. Control panel > Keyboard, move sliders to where you want.
