Letters scrambled

I have Windows XP, when I type my letters are all scrambled. The letter's are all there, but in other words...

Example...
This proposal is for misc plumbing repairs.
This prosal is fopor misc plbing repaiumrs.

Any help? I have replaced and keyboard...
