That is the overall tier of chipsets, however that does not directly correlate to quality.
If you dont want to OC, that knocks off the Z170 (this also removes SLI capabilities). If you dont need more of the features of H170 (more ports, etc) then B150 is fine.
The best build quality is left for the Overclocking boards as those are more stressed.
Sincer you are are not overclocking You'll be fine with any of those boards.
Though look through the specs of each of those boards and see which features you can do without.

Z170 = Overclocking, high end components, top of the line headers.
H170 = High end components, top of the line headers.
B150 = Mid-range components, mid range headers.
H110 = Budget.
