Question Lexar Ares NM790 problem

I have bought new NVME Lexar Ares NM790 and used it for 2 weeks on Debian 12 in M.2 slot and recently i've noticed that system became completely irresponsible.
So i suspected the problem with disk and tried to check it with "Victoria" software. Once it reached 770gb it started to show non-readable sectors.
I guess i faced with factory failure, but i wish to try to recover it by flashing some other firmware. Is it possible?

I also may add that disk working fine until trying to read specific files. I tried to copy files with rsync and it stuck on these files showing in/out error.

Disk died after trying write test in Victoria, now it not detected even in BIOS.
Never will buy such disk again, crap.

Secure erase/NVM format and check it again, but IMHO this is usually a sign of a controller or firmware issue. Many reasons this occurs. Physical damage of any sort, which includes bending (if not installed properly, no offset/standoff, etc) and sometimes environmental (heat or humidity). Other hazards include sudden power loss (often in succession, as this interrupts the recovery procedure) and an unstable host system (e.g. overclocking, memory/RAM errors, etc). Generally speaking, it's not going to get better, and needs RMA.
