Lexmark Ink cartridge not working

I replaced my Lexmark 26 cartridge, pink and yellow are working, but no blue is coming through..

tried a deep print head cleaning in the printer set up?? if you have if your print head comes out in one piece...pull it and use some rubbing alcohol to wipe off the ink slug on the print heads.
