I have a Lexmark C2425 laser printer. I recently got a new black toner cartridge, which worked fine at first, but then I got a "Replace black cartridge, 0 pages remaining" error, and I knew I hadn't printed nearly enough pages that it should be empty yet. I tried basic stuff (unplugging the printer, cleaning the contacts, shaking the cartridge) without any luck. I spoke to a Lexmark tech support person, who didn't really give me any additional troubleshooting steps to try but did send me a new cartridge, but I'm still having the same issue. I'm always using genuine Lexmark toner, and I'm running Windows 10.
