Hello,
I am trying to print and it continues to say add paper then press paper feed multiple times. I have made sure the paper is in to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and will not remove this message. I am running the printer from Windows XP Please help!

Does the printer work on XP? IF so you have a driver problem, but if not the printer needs to be repaired or replaced.
