my Lexmark X73 all-in-one is flashing 7-2 on the power button. Also the
power button cannot turn on-off.
Anyone know what 7-2 flashes means?

The Lexmark service manual does not mention anything about flashing lights.

I have similar on my X75, power light flashes continuously and status light
flashes in 3's. Apparently it means cartridge fault, possibly short circuit.
Try removing cartridge and see if it behaves.
