Lexmark Z600 series

I hope that someone will be able to help me. I have got a lexmark Z605
and I have not been able to install it. I have downloaded the driver,
but when I try to install it it goes through the process and then says
"error copying file - lexgo.exe" and will not complete the process.
Please can you let me know how I can sort this out. Thank you.

Return it and get a Canon IP4000. Night and Day difference.

Please can someone help me on this, I have had the printer sometime
and it is a recent problem. Is there anywhere else I can ask?
