LF a customizable USB controller for work (scroller and buttons)

Hi

I need some ideas, please. I don't even know what the product, that I am looking for, is called.

An approximate combination of those products would be awesome, but anything, in fact, is appreciated.

Basically, I want to use the device for editing videos and general artistic work. I don't use a mouse, because I use a Wacom Tablet, so it could be nice if the device had a scroller of some kind. Also, the buttons should not be too hard to press, so I am thinking: mechanical Cherry MX red/blue switches.

Does anyone know if something like that exists?

I could even use help with search words. Like: "usb, mechanical, customizable, controller, scroller, multimedia, numpad"

Seems very awesome and customizable but very expensive. I will keep looking for more items like that. Maybe something that is cheaper.
