LF decent graphics card for about $200

I'm interested in buying a new graphics card, with a good performance to price ratio, which is also compatible with my current computer. My current graphics card is 'AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series', but it's performance is not really good for playing games, as I usually get frame drops during team fights in some MOBAs. I'm not in a rush to get a new graphics card at the moment, but I would appreciate it if the community could give some recommendations on what to buy, and reasons why. Also, I do not have a credit card, so ordering it online could be a problem. I live in Singapore, and I don't mind traveling to different shops to buy it. It would really help if the model of the graphics card, with it's price, and location of the shop is included in your responses. Thank you.

I know the Best Buys in my area sell Graphics cards like GTX 760's, Radeon R9 270X's, etc. If you have Best Buy in singapore then go look around there .
