Question LG 1080p 75hz Monitor won't output 75hz

Hello, I am currently using a LG 24MP59HT-P.AUS monitor and I've been trying to get it to run at 75hz at 1080p, however Windows will only allow me to max it out at 60hz.

It's connected to an ATI Radeon RX570 4gig graphics card VIA DVI-D Dual Link to HDMI cable.

I know this monitor can hit 1080p 75hz when connected to my other NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 card VIA HDMI but the graphics are severely lacking on that card and I can't run some games on it due to its lacking capabilities on its own.

Is there anything I can do or do I just have to settle for 60hz?

your dvi-d dual is probably fake (single link is 60hz)
question is, rx570 has hdmi, why dont u use it? if its already taken by something else, use display port to hdmi (much cheaper than true dual dvi-d)

My card doesn't have an HDMI slot on it, for whatever reason. It only has DVI. I did just recently purchase a DVI to HDMI converter but that hasn't helped.

For AMD cards you may need to run the pixel clock patcher and restart the computer.
