Lg 1715s anyone?

Well,what do u think on this monitor by lg?
Is it THAT good? better than 1710s??

Here is my impression on it:

Vertical viewing angle sucks - brighter on bottom than on top.
Colors are made through 6bit+FRC. You can see it when you look at a moving image... there is a strange chessboard (pixel size) pattern from the intercalating colors.
Black is not as good as on samsung lcds. But the problem can be reduced with some tweaking.
Good for games (if you don´t notice the chess pattern) and for dvds.
Tweaking is absolutely necessary for good color fidelity... colors are too saturated by default.

The price is very good though: it´s realy an entry level lcd
