[SOLVED] LG 22MK(BK)400H monitor response time "faster" setting causes image distortion ?

Hey, i have the 75hz monitor listed on the title. It has a setting called "response time" off-normal-fast-faster.

Initially it was set to fast, so i wanted to try it out and found that if i set it to faster the gameplay seems smoother and i really like it.
The problem is that when i put this setting to faster the image gets kinda glitchy/distorted when i move the camera in game.
Can someone tell me why this happens and help me fix it?

According to LG manual: Once Faster Mode is selected, Motion Blur may occur depending on the content;
Basically on Faster option they add Motion Blur effect, i dont know why, thats why the image get ugly,
i want to find how that LG Response Time improvement works, if is better use or not, the manual says it better let on fast, but if someone knows something about that please reply me
